In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the Platform. dan99 operates a strict adults-only policy. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the holder is under 21.
2.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one Account on the Platform at any given time. If we identify duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets or bonuses associated with them, and withhold balances pending investigation.
2.4 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that access to and use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. dan99 does not offer services in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law. Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory is a breach of these Terms.
2.5 KYC Verification. We reserve the right to delay or decline withdrawals until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. dan99 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any channel other than the official login page. 3.2 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity. dan99 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 Account Dormancy. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. A dormancy administration fee of PKR 200 per month may be deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the player logging in. You will be notified by email prior to dormancy fees being applied.
3.4 Account Currency. All Account balances on dan99 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a player deposits via a method denominated in another currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. dan99 is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.
3.5 Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed for return to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC where not already completed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified on the withdrawal page. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is incomplete or where additional identity checks are required. dan99 targets same-day processing for verified accounts, though final receipt times depend on the payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering control. Where the original deposit method is unavailable, we will work with you to identify an approved alternative.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. dan99 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We comply with applicable AML requirements under our international gaming licence. Any Account suspected of being used for money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. Balances in such accounts may be frozen pending investigation.
4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. dan99 reserves the right to suspend the Account and recover the disputed amount plus any associated bank fees from future withdrawals.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentive offers made available on the dan99 Platform are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, as well as these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to real-money balance is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may be fully excluded from wagering requirement calculations. The eligible game list and contribution rates are stated within each promotion.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. dan99 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated or scripted play, colluding with other players, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, and any other behaviour that exploits promotional terms in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is identified, all associated bonuses will be voided and the Account may be permanently closed.
5.5 Promotion Expiry. Bonus Funds and free bets expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the default expiry period for unclaimed or unused bonus offers is 7 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. dan99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events where the outcome is already known to the player, bets that exploit manifest pricing errors, and bets placed in violation of these Terms.
6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be varied at any time without prior notice.
6.3 Voided Bets. A bet or wager may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: the cancellation or postponement of a sporting event beyond the prescribed settlement window; a manifest error in the published odds; technical failure affecting bet acceptance; or a breach of these Terms by the player.
6.4 Cricket Betting. All cricket betting markets — including PSL, Test matches, T20 and ODI internationals — are settled in accordance with dan99's published cricket betting rules. In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time of bet placement where applicable. For multi-event accumulator bets, a voided selection will be treated as a non-runner and the accumulator settled on remaining selections.
6.5 Game Fairness. 11.4 Force Majeure. dan99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, government action, or natural disasters.
12.1 Termination by dan99. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: you breach any provision of these Terms; we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; we identify fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or your Account poses an unacceptable risk under our responsible gaming obligations.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Real-money balances in your Account (net of any amounts subject to investigation or forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.3 Survival. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms and your Account.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies specified under that licensing framework.
